Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be Rescheduled/Cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. All rescheduled appointments will not be charged a cancellation fee. No Call No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. All missed appointments booked online will be charged a non-refundable fee for appointments. Our team is very flexible and will work with our patrons to avoid the charging of these fees through the process of transparent communication.
